Hello, I'm David Miller & I know my stuff.

I have been a trained “Americans with Disabilities Act, 1990” as amended ADA educator and trainer for nearly twenty years, during which I have provided training to many local, regional, state and national organizations, groups, associations and individuals.

With my extensive knowledge of ADA law and guidelines, my programs, and life, are dedicated to the necessary purpose of promoting compliance and inclusion of the disabled in a fair and equal environment of independence, as stated by Federal Law (on which I am always up-to-date and certified for).

I have also appeared in court on numerous occasions as a certified expert witness*, and am currently a Councilman on the Multnomah County DSAC and just appeared on TV in a PSA for the promotion of the Help America Vote Act for the Oregon Secretary of State.
